Holiday Baskets and Toy Sign Up

All of our neighbors that live within the UCOM service area are eligible to sign up for a holiday basket at UCOM. Neighbors can choose to sign up for either a Thanksgiving or a Christmas food basket.
If you live outside of the UCOM service area, you can call United Way's 2-1-1 Hotline for information on where to register for a Holiday Basket and Toys in your neighborhood.


  • Sign-up Begins: October 4, 2017

  • Sign-up ends: November 29, 2017 (You must register by November 15 for Thanksgiving)

  • Sign-up Hours: Mondays, 9:00-12:00 pm, Wednesdays, 4:00-6:30 pm

  • Saturday Sign-ups are: Saturday, November 4  and Saturday,  November 11, 10:00-2:00 pm


We will NOT be able to accept registrations during regular pantry hours.


You MUST bring the following items:

  1. Proof of family income which could include: Bridge Card, Medicaid Card, tax records, or pay stub
  2. I.D. for each family member (See below)

All adults (18 and older) must have:

  • A photo I.D.
  • A piece of non-junk mail less than 30 days old, in their own name with current address

All children must have one of these items:

  • Birth certificate
  • Current school I.D. or school records
  • Children’s current shot records
  • Current information from a doctor’s visit or prescription filled within last 30 days

We will not be able to help register you without this information.
